Halloween

Halloween is not a big deal in my house. This year especially. I had Alexis dig through her dress-ups and find a costume. She decided on Glenda, the Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz or Wicked. She looooves Wicked. We are dying to take her to see it. Anyways, I had to figure out how to make her look more like Glenda instead of just a princess like every other little girl on the street that night. So, I made a cardboard crown and a pvc pipe staff/wand and Viola. . . you have Glenda. Leland wasn't anything. I am so cheap I didn't want to waste my time or money to dress him up only to put him in stroller and follow Alexis around in the dark. We went trick-or-treating with some friends of ours and had so much fun. We really enjoyed hanging out with some adults while chasing our children and the kids enjoyed having someone to run with.

The Skeleton is our neighbor and good friend of Alexis.
