prayer by Alexis

I just found a note I wrote a few months ago. It was a prayer I jotted down that Alexis gave at bedtime. It was too cute so I thought I would share it. It's not quoted exactly but you can get the jest of it.
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank thee for this day. (I think she thinks that part has to be said in every prayer.) Thank Thee that we went to Washington. Thank Thee we can go again. Thank Thee we can get more cans and bottles to go to Washington again. (We had just saved and saved our money, a large part of it by recycling cans and bottles, so we could go to Washington to see her favorite cousin Sophia.) Bless that I can get a pet dolphin. Bless that I can get a rainbow unicorn. Bless that sharks wont get hungry and eat people if they have to. (I think Russ needs to tell her the truth about his scar :) She loves sharks! I'm not sure why but she has always been fascinated and so curious about them.) In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
