Daddy, Our Hero

We are so proud of Russ. He works so hard for our local fire dept. putting in hours on calls, training and making power point presentations for when he teaches the other firefighters. He recently was promoted to an unofficial EMS Captain. (The Fire Chief wont call him a Captain because the last few he's had move within 6 months of being promoted. We have assured him that wont happen to us.) If there is one thing Russ is passionate about it would have to be the Fire service. We have been so blessed to live in Ione with such a great dept. and a Chief who really utilized Russ.

Recently, the city built a new station where they just held a grand opening. Russ is on the Honor Guard so he was all dressed up in his uniform. Alexis said he looked so handsome and wanted him to dress up like that and take her on a date.
